Wine Tasting Festival Still On

However; the event will be identified as: The St. James Parish Annual Wine Tasting Festival of 08/09. The festival is being moved from its October dates to February 21, 2009 in order to better accommodate vintner schedules. The October dates proved to be inconvenient within the wine making industry. Catechetical Sunday 2008

You will have an opportunity to register on 9/20 and 9/21, for any of the programs, meet the faith formation coordinators and review catechetical materials. Registration packets for all youth programs have been mailed to all families enrolled last year. If you are new to our community or have a new address since last year please call with mailing information: 756-3636 ext. 208, 209, or 210.

Walk for Life

Join us for the 5th annual “Walk for Life” in San Francisco on Saturday, January 21, 2009. A bus will be available and will leave St. James’ Parking lot following the 8:00 a.m. Mass. The cost per person is $25. For information, call Christina Holm at 758-3746 or e-mail c.holm@comcast.net.

Blood Drive

Sign up after Masses on Saturday January 3 and Sunday January 4 for the Winter Blood Drive. Blood Source will be at St. James on January 11 for appointments from 9 AM—1 PM. Bring new hope to people needing transfusions. How many lives will you save this year??
